(1) Is there a working relationship between the new Building Industry and Special Projects Inspectorate, and the Office of Employment Advocate?
(2) If so, will the Government, through the new Building Industry and Special Projects Inspectorate work with and assist the Office of Employment Advocate where there are possible breaches of the Freedom of Association provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1993, such as the No Ticket/No Start signs?
(3) If not, why has the Minister stopped, what has been and effective team against illegal activities on building and construction sites?
