(1) Can the Minister please advise if any metropolitan hospitals have had to lock the doors of open wards because of the overflow of involuntary mental health patients from secure wards, for the following periods: (a) 2010-2011; (b) 2011-2012; (c) 2012-2013; and (d) 2013-2014? (2) If yes to (1), on what dates and at which facilities did these closures occur?
