returned to service on 14 June 2023; and, if not, when is service expected to

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following answer is provided on behalf of the
Minister for Energy.
(1) The current outage began on 23 May
2023.
(2) Mechanical repairs are being
undertaken to the high-pressure turbine inlet.
(3) No. Muja 7 has been entered into the Australian
Energy Market Operator's market systems for 29 July 2023.
(4) Synergy is
not responsible for recording daily forced outages of generation capacity in
the south west interconnected system. The Australian Energy Market Operator
holds information regarding generation outages, which is not an instrument of
government. This information is publicly available on a real-time basis on the
AEMO website and is fully available for the member to access.
