With regard to the Building Condition Assessment Report process, the facilities at Arbor
Grove
Primary School
have been inspected. At present, the Department of Finance - Building Management and Works is progressing through the data entry and report verification phase of the work. It is anticipated a report will be available in February 2014, at which time a copy will be forwarded to the school.

(d) The information contained in the Building Condition Assessment Report will be used to inform the 2014-15 maintenance budget.
