I refer to Government housing programs, and I ask: (a) what is the total stock figure for social housing in Western Australia; (b) of the figure in (a), how many are community homes; (c) of the figure in (a), how many are public homes; (d) how many social homes are currently under contract to be built; (e) how many Government Regional Officer Homes are there in Western Australia in total; (f) if reference to (e), how many per region; (g) how many Government Regional Officer Homes are under contract to be built; (h) what is the total number of applications on the public housing waitlist; (i) in reference to (h), how many individuals are represented on the waitlist; (j) what is the total number of applications on the priority public housing waitlist; and (k) in reference to (j), how many individuals are represented on the waitlist?

(a - c) As at 28 February 2025, there were 44,918 social housing properties, of which 37,431 were public housing and 7,487 were Community Housing.
d) As at 28 February 2025, there are 1,319 social housing dwellings under contract.
e) As at 28 February 2025, there were a total of 5,459 Government Regional Officer Housing (GROH) properties across Western Australia.
