Notes:
Prior to 27 April 2015, unlicensed vehicle offences were dealt with by way of a charge under the Road Traffic Act 1974 – Part III, Section 15(3), not infringement.  Following the separation of the Road Traffic Act 1974 , effective as of 27 April 2015, unlicensed vehicle offences are now dealt with by way of infringement under section 4(2) of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012 .
