I refer to correspondence the Minister received from Brian Burke's associate Julian Grill on 4 April 2017 and ask: (a) On what date did the Minister meet with Mr Grill as referenced in the letter, where did the meeting take place and what was the nature of that meeting; (b) Did the Minister or his office submit a "Contact with Lobbyist" form associated with this meeting: (i) If no, why not; and (ii) If yes, when was that form submitted; (c) Did the Minister or his office submit a "Contact with Lobbyist" form associated with the receipt and processing of this correspondence: (i) If no, why not; and (ii) If yes, when was that form submitted; (d) Did the Minister or his office advise the Premier or his office with respect to contact with Mr Grill: (i) If yes, when was the advice provided to the Premier or his office; and (ii) If yes, who in the Premier's office was advised and in what form did the advice take; (e) Does the Minister consider his meeting with Mr Grill as breach of the Premier's instruction to have no contact; and (f) Upon receipt of the correspondence did the Minister seek advice from his agency to consider the matter and produce a response and if so: (i) When was that advice given to the agency; (ii) What was that advice that the agency produced; (iii) Did the agency look into, investigate or consider in any form the content provided to the Minister from Mr Grill; and (iv) If not, who in the Minister's office produced the advice and reply, and on what date?

(a)-(f) The Minister did not meet with Mr Julian Grill. Contact made with Mr Julian Grill was disclosed in Legislative Assembly Question on Notice 166. The Minister expects that all ministerial staff adhere to the Ministerial Code of Conduct and the Public Sector Commission Code of Conduct and Code of ethics regarding lobbyists.
