I refer to the Woodside program of works at James Price Point. (1) What permits, approvals and licences does Woodside require to undertake its current program of work at James Price Point? (2) Has Woodside received permission under section 91 of the Land Administration Act to undertake its current program of work at James Price Point? (3) Who is the occupier of the land at James Price Point where the works are to be conducted? (4) Is there a requirement for Woodside to negotiate with native title claimants or the occupier of any proposed works at James Price Point? (5) Has Woodside negotiated with native title claimants or occupiers over permission to carry out past, current and future works at James Price Point?
