some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided to me by
the Minister for Police.
The Western Australia Police Force
has advised the following.
(1) The Western Australia
Police Force conducts regular patrols of Tanami Road and Duncan Highway. These patrols are supported with the installation
of motion-activated cameras to monitor traffic movements along Tanami
Road.
(2) Four
people were denied entry into Western Australia after arriving on Tanami Road
in late July 2020.
(3) Police have
not granted entry into Western Australia for any person encountered during
patrols on Tanami Road.
