tabled paper 2051 of 20 November 2018, ''Independent Review of Contracts'',
authored by the Public Sector Commission and dated 23 October 2018.
(1) When did the Premier and/or his
office receive a copy of the report?
(2) Did the
Premier and/or his office receive a briefing on the report's findings;
and, if so, when did this briefing occur, and what were the outcomes of the
briefing?
(3) Was a copy of
the report provided to, and/or were the findings of the report communicated to,
any third party prior to it being tabled in Parliament last week?
(4) If yes to (3), please provide
details and a justification.
