(2) Yes. State Superannuation (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2000, Part 3 remains unproclaimed other than sections 33(1), 35, 36(1), 37(1), 39(1), 42, 43(1), 45, 46(1), 48(1), 49, 52, 58, 59(b), 60(1), 62, 65, 69 and 70. Proclamation of these sections will occur when the rules of the Pension Scheme are converted to regulations. Acts Amendment (ICWA) Act 1996 No.45 of 1996 Part III Repealed – Clause 20 State Government Insurance Corporation This Clause dissolves the State Government Insurance Corporation. The State Government Insurance Corporation (trading as SGIO) was established on 1 January 1987 as a trading entity to carry on commercial insurance business. As part of the privatisation process, the SGIO business was transferred to SGIO Insurance Limited (established under the SGIO Privatisation Act 1992). The Corporation still exists, running-off its remaining claims liabilities that were not transferred as part of the privatisation process. Section 103 of the Sentencing Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2003 which amends Schedule 2 clause 12(1) of the Water Corporation Act is not proclaimed. By the operation of section 2 of the Sentencing Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2003 section 103 cannot be proclaimed before 27 February 2004.
