A WA parliamentary question seeks detailed information on the Department of Water's compliance monitoring activities (annual report checks, site inspections, aerial surveys) from 2005-2010, including costs and enforcement actions. The Minister declined to provide much of the requested data due to resource constraints, but did answer questions (1c) and (2c).
