Given the scope of the question, I request that the member place the question on notice; however, I can advise the member that I am aware that the Environmental Protection Authority has recommended a number of conditions in relation to mining below the watertable as part of its assessment of Hamersley Iron’s proposed Marandoo mining phase 2 project.
