ESPERANCE PORT AUTHORITY - STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLANS
This question is from a couple of weeks ago, so there should be an answer. I refer the minister to the accountability provisions of part 5 of the Port Authorities Act, which require port authorities to prepare a strategic development plan each year. (1) Did the Esperance Port Authority submit to the minister draft strategic development plans for the years 2004-05 and 2005-06; and, if not, why not? (2) Did the minister agree with those reports without requiring any further changes or further consideration of material in the plans? (3) Will the minister table the Esperance port’s strategic development plans for 2004-05 and 2005-06; and, if not, why not? (4) Will the minister table Esperance port’s half-yearly report for 2004-05; and, if not, why not? Hon JON FORD
