I refer to the increase in the loan
guarantee fee for Keystart announced in the 2015–16 budget.
(1) On what date were Keystart and
the Department of Housing advised of this increase?
(2) Were any
adjustments made to the financial statements for Keystart and the Department of
Housing to reflect this increase prior to the budget papers being tabled in
Parliament?
(3) If yes to (2), what adjustments
were made?
(4) Do the
detailed financial projections contained in appendix 1 of budget paper No 3
show the full impact of this increase on the projections?
(5) If no to (4), why not and what

(3) Adjustments were made to reflect the
introduction of a 70 basis point loan guarantee fee for Keystart, local
governments and universities. The impact of these adjustments is detailed in
budget paper No 3 on pages 5, 88 and 95.
