With regard to the Conservation Commission, I ask, does the proposed Forest Management Plan 2014–2023 propose to make the fauna provisions of the Western Australia Wildlife Conservation Act apply to state government agencies and their contractors, and if not, why not?

The Forest Management Plan 2014-2023 was prepared to account for relevant provisions of the
Wildlife Conservation Act 1950
. It should be noted that the plan cannot enforce the fauna provisions of the
Wildlife Conservation Act 1950
because the act has primacy over the plan.
