The Forest Management Plan 2014-2023 was prepared to account for relevant provisions of the
Wildlife Conservation Act 1950
. It should be noted that the plan cannot enforce the fauna provisions of the
Wildlife Conservation Act 1950
because the act has primacy over the plan.
