refer to the answer provided to question without notice 1337 asked on 1 December
2022 regarding the Public Health Amendment (Immunisation Requirements
for Enrolment) Act 2019 and the statement that ''the evaluation report
is in draft stages and is anticipated to be published in 2023''.
(1) Has the evaluation report been
published?
(2) If yes to (1), will the minister
table a copy of the evaluation report; and, if not, why not?
(3) If no to (1), when is the
evaluation report expected to be published?
