On behalf of the Minister for
Commerce, I thank the member for some notice of the question.
(1) This one-off
grant of $408 200 was provided in 2014 through the Liberal–National
government's social innovation grant program to pilot a model of youth
work for the pre-adolescent age group. The project concludes in December 2016.
The Dungeon Youth Centre also receives $170 617.52 in annual funding from the
Department for Child Protection and Family Support.
(2) The minister
has requested advice from the Department of Local Government and Communities on
the potential for continued funding.
(3) Not
applicable.
