(1) I refer to the Taskforce on Structures, Services and Resources Supporting Government Schools Report and ask on what date did the Minister or Cabinet approve the recommended structure of the Taskforce?
(2) Prior to this date of approval did the Minister authorise any person on the Taskforce to commit the State Government to an organisational structure which had not received cabinet or his approval?
(3) On what dates did the Taskforce undertake interviews with persons listed at page 138 of the report?
(4) On what dates did the Taskforce undertake the visits at page 138 of the report?
(5) On what date did the Taskforce receive the submissions at Appendix 1 of the report, in particular how many submissions were received during week 1,2, and 3 of the review process?
