(a) There were two contract periods: August 2009 to August 2010 and July 2010 to February 2011.
(b) One tender was received for each contract.
(c) A selection panel was not required as there was only one tender received for each contract.
(d) The total costs and time frame of the tendering process are included in the approved Elizabeth Quay budget and program.
