(1) Has the Department followed the established practice of keeping all documents relating to the complaints by Mr Winzer?
(2) Will the Minister table all documents that the Department has, in regard to Mr Neil Winzer’s public interest claim, that show that the Department staff and or/the public were formally informed of the abandonment of the 1995 EBA?

(2) The 1995 EBA was not abandoned. Some milestones were not achieved due to substantial changes in the nature of the Department during the life of the agreement such as the reallocation of Licensing function from the Police Service to the Department.
