In relation to the LandCorp proposal to sub-divide bushland at Lot 502 Sudlow and Phoenix Roads, Bibra Lake -
(1) Has the area ever been nominated as a Bushplan site?
(2) Is the area registered as a National Heritage site?
(3) Will the Minister table the flora and fauna studies carried out by LandCorp at this site?
(4) Has a social impact study been done on the potential impacts of an industrial site on the nearby Waldorf School and the recreational areas of Bibra/South Lakes and Adventure World?
(5) Will the Minister table a copy of the social impact study?

(3) Copies are available through the Environmental Protection Authority Service Unit. (4) Individual studies on potential impacts of the proposed development have been completed and are reflected in the Public Environmental Review document. It should be noted that the area has been zoned industrial since the 1960's and has retained through numerous revisions at City of Cockburns Town Planning Scheme. (5) See (4)
