I refer to question on notice No. 340 of November 27 2002 and answers provided -
(1) Given the Minister has previously stated ‘The DIA Goldfields Regional Office in Kalgoorlie is currently investigating this allegation…’ for answers to parts (4), (6), (8) and (10), will the Minister now provide answers to all these questions?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Will the Minister table a copy of the Preliminary Report commissioned in 1993 which was commissioned to assess the levels of dust and noise which also indicated the possibility of cyanide contamination?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
