(1) - (3) No action is being taken as an examination of the Department of Environment and Conservation's records, and enquiries with the City of Wanneroo, Gnangara Veterinary Hospital and local registered wildlife rehabilitators revealed no evidence of significant native duck deaths at this location in the past 12 months.
