I refer to St John of God Health Care's status as preferred provider for the Midland Health Campus, and I ask, will the hospital honour Advance Health Directives that require medical intervention to cease or not be undertaken, allowing the patient to die?

St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) will provide all services in accordance with the law, including Advance Health Directives, as they currently do at all of their hospitals. The State Government currently contracts with SJGHC to provide palliative care services for public patients.
