PERTH STADIUM — TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE
929. Hon KEN TRAVERS to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the ''new Perth Stadium Transport: Project
Definition Plan: December 2012''.
(1) Which
destinations or rail lines will the 7 500 people identified to use the East
Perth station likely travel to?
(2) If the final destinations have not been identified, how
was the 7 500 figure calculated?

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the member for some notice of the question.
(1)–(2)
Of the 7 500 people identified, it is estimated that 2 500 patrons will depart
East Perth station for stations on the Midland line to Midland, and an
estimated 5 000 patrons will travel from East Perth station to Perth station
and on to other destinations on the network.
