(1) Does the Government Garage ever contract or make use of Small Charter Vehicles to provide motor vehicle services or drivers?
(2) If yes to (1) -
(a) in what circumstances are these services used; and
(b) how much has been spent in each of the last three financial years on small charter vehicles?
(3) On each occasion when a small charter vehicle was used since 1 January 2011 -
(a) who requested the small charter vehicle;
(b) what was the purpose or what function did they attend;
(c) what are the names of the people the vehicle carried; and
(d) what was the cost of each hire?
