(a) has the program been evaluated;
(b) if yes to (a), will the Minister please table a copy;
(c) if yes to (a), who undertook the evaluation;
(d) if yes to (a), what year was the evaluation undertaken;
(e) if no to (a), are there any plans to evaluate this program; and
(f) if yes to (e), when will this program be evaluated?

However, the Attorney General is able to advise that in 2006 the Department of the Attorney General conducted an internal review, which was previously available online, a copy of which is tabled for the Member’s reference.
