I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 537 "Spending Changes", line item "National partnership agreement Mental Health Reform Assertive Community Intervention", and ask: (a) is all of this amount Federal Government funding; (b) if no to (a), how much is Federal Government funding and how much is State Government funding; (c) the Minister to provide an itemised account of where and how the money will be spent; (d) how much of this allocation will be spent in the South West electoral region (provide details of the purpose, location and amount allocated); (e) how much of this funding will be provided to non-government organisations to deliver the community intervention; (f) which non-government organisations will be allocated funding and how much funding will each non-government organisation receive; (g) what is the termination date for the national partnership agreement; and (h) if this information is not currently available, when will it be available?

(a) Yes.
(b) Not applicable.
(c) Clinical component 2012-2016 - total value $6.6 million.
Family support component 2012-2016 - total value $6.6 million.
Project support costs 2012-2016 - total value $0.3 million.
(d) The ACI service is metropolitan based.  Clinical services based at Princess Margaret Hospital will offer services to clients from the South West region when accessing support within the metropolitan area.
(e) $6.6 million has been allocated for the Family support component to be delivered by a non government organisation.
(f) Mission Australia has been contracted to deliver the Family support component for 2013-2016. The current contract value is $5.6 million with remaining funds available for further service provision.
(g) 30 June 2016.
(h) Not applicable.
