I refer to the Auditor General’s report into Local Government Procurement and ask has the Minister, his staff or staff in his department contacted the local governments not audited to review their procurement processes, and if yes: (a) which
local governments were contacted; (b) when
was the contact made; (c) what
reviews subsequently occurred; and (d) were any other procurement process weaknesses identified: (i) if
yes, which local governments were involved, please break down the weaknesses
for the relevant council and what action the department took?
