I refer to the requirement for details of ministerial travel to be tabled in the Parliament and ask -
(1) Why have no quarterly reports been tabled for the following periods -
(a) the 3 months to 30 June 2005;
(b) the 3 months to 30 September 2005;
(c) the 3 months to 31 December 2005; and
(d) the 3 months to 31 March 2006?
(2) Have any of these reports been completed in draft form, and if so, when were they completed in this form?
(3) Have any of these reports been finalised, and if so when were they finalised?
(4) Has the Minister received or seen a copy of any of these reports, in either a draft or final form, and if so when?
(5) When will these reports be tabled?

The requirement to publish a summary of overseas and interstate travel undertaken by each Minister during each quarter is set out in the Premier's Circular " Guidelines for Official Air Travel by Government Officers" issued in August 2004. While there is no deadline to be met for publishing these travel summaries every effort is made to publish them in a timely manner. The reports for the 3 months to 30 June and 30 September 2005, however, are currently being finalised and are anticipated to be tabled during the next month.
