I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. (1) A service agreement was developed in conjunction with Kids Help Line and signed on 19 November 2002.  Funding was backdated to 1 July 2002. (2) It was partly in response to Kids Help Line, which had sought funding unsuccessfully from the previous Government, and partly as an outcome of this Government’s commitment to young people, particularly those in regional Western Australia and indigenous youth. (3) Yes. (4) The total budget is $6.822 million.  Yes, that is where the money came from. (5) Funding is provided by corporate sponsors, BoysTown and the Commonwealth Government.
