FOREST PRODUCTS COMMISSION LOG CONTRACT
I refer to the Forest Products Commission’s contract 2899 with Lignor for the sale of up to 360 000 tonnes per annum of jarrah, marri and karri strand logs, with a final expiry date of 31 December 2013. (1) Has Lignor taken delivery of any logs sold by the Forest Products Commission? (2) If yes to (1), on what dates, in what quantities and of what species has it taken delivery? (3) If Lignor has not taken delivery of any logs sold by the FPC, what are the reasons for this failure? Hon PETER COLLIER
