parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the traffic modelling undertaken for South Metro
Connect.
(1) Can the
Minister for Transport confirm that the modelling assumed a volume of 1.2 million
twenty-foot equivalent units at the Port of Fremantle inner harbour in 2031?
(2) If no to (1), what was the volume of containers assumed
at the port of Fremantle inner harbour?
(3) Can the
minister confirm that the modelling assumed that 30 per cent of these
containers would be carried by rail in 2031?
(4) If no to (3), what percentage did the modelling assume?
(5) Can the
minister confirm that the modelling assumed trucks transporting containers to
the inner harbour would be general access vehicles in 2031?
(6) If no to (5), what classification was assumed?
