I refer the Minister to his response to question without notice No. 916, and ask, for each of the following years, -
(a) 2005;
(b) 2006;
(c) 2007; and
(d) 2008, -
(i) how many participants were contacted and how many responses were received for the Rock Lobster mail survey;
(ii) how many participants were contacted for the Rock Lobster phone diary survey;
(iii) how many people were surveyed in the Abalone Field survey metropolitan region; and
(iv) how many people participated in the Marron annual recall telephone survey?
