I refer to the Aboriginal Heritage Survey of Tenements in the Mount Jackson-Windarling area conducted by AIC in May-June 2001. With regard to my question without notice No. 756 of April 2 2003 and the answers provided, I ask -
(1) Given the Minister’s confirmation that Indigenous sites of significance will be protected whether they are registered or not, will the Minister now confirm whether or not the following sites of significance to Indigenous people, as listed in the AIC survey, will be afforded protection under the
Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972
