(1) The City of Swan has requested that the Water Corporation proceed with the planning and the calling of a Design and Construct tender. Once the costs of the works are known the City of Swan will determine whether to enter into an agreement with the Corporation to undertake the relocation.
(2) Should the City of Swan decide to proceed with the relocation of the facility, the Water Corporation will make a contribution equal to the value of works already committed to upgrade the current facility.
