The Attorney General has provided the following reply.
(a) There are no Government offices in Perth under the control of the Attorney General which are planned for relocation.
(b-f) Not applicable.
Director of Public Prosecutions
(a) There is no plan to re-locate the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions
(b) Not applicable
(c) Not applicable
(d) The work of the DPP is centred on the Supreme and District Courts and it is appropriate for the DPP to be accommodated in the Perth central business district.
(e) No
(f) There is insufficient criminal prosecution work in the Rockingham region to justify a permanent DPP presence in that region.
Equal Opportunity Commission
(a) The Commissioner for Equal Opportunity currently has no plans to re-locate it's offices from the Perth CBD.

(d) The Commissioner of Equal Opportunity is located in the Perth CBD in order to be accessible to members of the public, particularly those reliant on public transport.
