For each calendar year from 2020 to 2024, what were the total number of: (a) complaints were received by the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office relating to gender-affirming care services, including but not limited to puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and associated psychological treatments for minors; (b) for the complaints identified in (a), what was the breakdown by: (i) complaint category; and (ii) age of the patient concerned; and (c) of the complaints identified in (a), how many resulted in: (i) termination of a practitioner’s employment or disciplinary action; (ii) financial settlement or compensation; and (iii) no further action?
