I refer to the Government’s commitment to
ceasing logging in state native forests from 2024, and I ask: (a) will the Forest Products Commission still
harvest timber prior to and/or in conjunction with mining activities in state
forests; and (b) if no to (a), could the Minister please advise who,
if anyone, will be harvesting timber prior to and/or in conjunction with
clearing for mining activities?
