1) On average six SmartRider terminals are reported faulty each week out of the 341 SmartRider terminals in use. This equates to 1.75 %.
2) Daily.
3) On average a SmartRider fare gate is repaired within 1.2 hours and a SmartRider Card Processor is repaired within 45 minutes. The SmartRider Maintenance Agreement provides that the Contractor must meet a number of Key Performance Indicators which specify the required performance level for the rail equipment over each monthly period. Unsatisfactory performance will result in an adjustment to the amount of the Service Charge payable for that month.
