I refer to the general purpose leases adjacent to the Dampier Road, and I ask: (a) are general purpose leases Nos 47/1247, 1248, 1249, 1250 and 1251 being used for: (i) erecting, placing and operating machinery in connection with mining operations; (ii) depositing or treating minerals or tailings obtained from any land; and (iii) using the land for any other specified purpose directly connected with mining operations; (b) if yes to (a)(i), with which mining operation; (c) if yes to (a)(ii), where are the minerals being treated or tailings being deposited; (d) if yes to (a)(iii), what specified purpose directly connected with mining operations are being pursued on these leases; (e) is the land being used as a mining tenement as determined in section 8 of the Mining Act 1978 ; (f) if no to (e), why not; and (g) if no to (e), what is the land being used for?
