Please note there are different reasons for bill variations which are not evident in the data such as individual consumption habits and the impact of weather conditions. The data is provided on a bi-monthly basis as Synergy bills residential customers on a bi-monthly basis. Providing data on a monthly basis creates distortions to the overall result as in some months only a relatively small number of customers are billed.
