I refer to Mumbida Wind Farm Pty Ltd, and I ask: (a) who holds the other 50 per cent of Mumbida Wind Farm Pty Ltd; (b) was there a competitive process to choose the private partner for this project and if so, what were the stages in this process, and on what dates did these stages occur; (c) how many potential private partners participated in this process; and (d) who were the potential private partners who participated in this process?

(a) Infrastructure Capital Group (on behalf of the Energy Infrastructure Trust)
(b) Yes. A competitive Expression of Interest process was run in 2008 to select a Joint Venture partner for the Mumbida Wind Farm project. The outcome of this process was that Macquarie Capital Group were selected to partner with Verve Energy on the project. Macquarie Capital Group sold their interest in the project to Infrastructure Capital Group in 2011.
