I refer to the Service Agreement entered into with Fleetwood Pty Ltd in relation to the Osprey Key Workers Village, and I ask: (a) was the Agreement entered into as a result of a tender process; (b) how many responses to the tender were received; (c) on what date did the tender close; (d) on what date was the decision taken to enter into the Service Agreement with Fleetwood Pty Ltd; (e) on what date was Fleetwood Pty Ltd advised of this decision; (f) what are the names of all persons who assessed the various tenders submitted; and (g) on what date were unsuccessful tenderers notified of the tender result?

The Department of Housing advises:
(a) Yes, the public request for tender proposals was lodged on Tenders WA on 6 March 2012.
(b) Six.
(c) 30 March 2012.
(d) The Department entered into an Interim Agreement to Proceed on 22 October 2012.
(e) Fleetwood Pty Ltd was advised of the tender result on 22 June 2012.
(f) Evaluation panel comprised the Director General , General Manager Commercial and Business Operations, Director Market Innovations and Partnerships and Director Complex Projects from the Department of Housing.
(g) 22 June 2012.
