I refer to my previous question regarding EntryPoint. It has been confirmed to me that EntryPoint is not required to provide call metrics but does so voluntarily. Given this context, I ask: (a) could the Minister please provide a list of the categories and metrics that EntryPoint provides to the Department of Communities; and (b) in reference to (a), could the Minister please table the most recent data provided?

(a – b) The Department of Communities (Communities) receives bi-annual reports from Centrecare which includes broad qualitative information on referrals, service provision, and client demographics of those accessing the service. It is important to note that the State Government does not require Entrypoint to provide extensive amounts of data as it is not their core service. The information provided contains case studies and personal details.
