I refer to the residential rate information collected by the Department of Local Government and Communities and ask: (a) could the Department of Local Government and Communities provide an up-to-date average, mean and median percentage increase of total rates received for each rateable category from each individual Shire for the completed financial years: (i) 2013/2014; and (ii) 2014/2015; and (b) could the Department of Local Government and Communities provide the number of default to individual rateable properties referred for debt collection agencies for each Shire: (i) how many of these defaulters have received discontinuance notices?
