(1) I refer to the implementation of the Safe and Together training model for Department of Justice Staff in readiness for the criminalisation of coercive control, and I ask: (a) what modifications have been put in place to adapt the American model into the Western Australian context; (b) what bodies were consulted to adapt it to a Western Australian context; and (c) has any input been provided by Aboriginal organisations or communities in the adaptation of the model? (2) I refer to the experiential theatre based training for the Western Australian (WA) Police force in readiness for the criminalisation of coercive control, and I ask: (a) what is the organisation delivering this training; (b) what accreditation in coercive control and family and domestic violence do the facilitators have; (c) is there measurable outcomes for the training; (d) has this approach been used elsewhere; and (e) is there any training outside of the theatre-based program being provided to WA Police officers in relation to coercive control?

(a) The Legal and Justice Sector Training Initiative is delivered worldwide, however modifications have been made to incorporate a WA cultural lens focussing on cultural safety and security.
(b) Consultation throughout the project is ongoing, including with the following bodies:

(a) The Western Australian Police Force Family Violence Division is delivering facilitated interactive training, developed in partnership with EEO Specialists.
(b) EEO Specialists are trained in psychology and behaviours. Facilitators have a range of accreditations, including a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (major psychology).
Experienced police officers from the specialist Family Violence Division assist with the delivery of this training.
(c) Yes.
(d) The WA Police Force remains in contact with other Australian police jurisdictions.
(e) Yes.
