I refer to the report of the Community Development and Justice Standing Committee of the other place, ‘Making Our Prisons Work: An inquiry into the efficiency and effectiveness of prisoner education, training and employment strategies’, tabled on 25 November 2010, and in particular I refer to the direction of the Committee that you report as to the action, if any proposed, to be taken by the Government with respect to the Committee’s recommendations within the time permitted by Standing Order 277(1), and I ask -
(1) Has the Minister provided that report?
(2) If yes to (1), when was that report provided?
(3) If no to (1), -
(a) why not; and
(b) when will the Minister provide that report?
