2. The service comprises of the development of 3D animations and still images for EPRA's redevelopment projects. 3. The 3D animations will be conducted for projects within EPRA's project areas in East Perth and Northbridge and may also extend to Subiaco as part of SRA's planning area. 4. The Contract was awarded to Last Pixel for a period of 2 years from 23 May 2006 to 23 May 2008. There are three, one-year extension options exercisable at the discretion of EPRA. 5. Details of the unsuccessful tenderers and tender amounts are commercial in confidence.
